Your valuable data can be corrupted due to virus, stolen and destroyed by natural disaster, it become important to take backup of your data at regular intervals so that you never face data loss situation. 5)Create multiple backup: People think that moving their files and folders from one location to external hard drive or in removal disk is become a backup but they are wrong. You can't say that this is backup because that will not save your data from natural disaster.
